A majority of the adult population have some form of gum disease. Diagnosed and treated early with effectively with a large choice of products and services (such as ARESTIN), mild cases of gum disease (gingivitis) can be successfully managed.

Severe cases of advanced gum disease, commonly known as periodontitis, can be quite devastating and cause loss of critical bone structure and mass, causing eventual loosening and/or loss of teeth.
